New survey conducted by Working Mother Media & AVTAR honors Sterling as one of the best companies for Women in India

 November 28,2016,Mumbai: Sterling Talent Solutions is proud to announce that they have been selected as one of the “Top 100 Companies in India for Women” by Working Mother Media, an advocate of working women in America, and AVTAR, an India-based group that promotes female workforce participation, as part of the Best Companies for Women in India Project.

This award was designed to honor companies in India that help women have fulfilling, sustainable careers, while empowering their female employees with the resources needed to thrive. This year the initiative has gained the participation of over 350 companies and one-million data points, ultimately allowing the organization to carefully select the Top 100 organizations.

The survey accounted for multiple components of the organization, apart from demographics, including:

  • Company culture and work life programs
  • Best practice essay for women’s career enablement and advancements
  • Benefits, flexible work and paid leave
  • Safety and security
